NEUZA BERNARDO

HAIR EXTENSION AND STRAIGHTENING TREATMENTS SPECIALIST

Working in the industry for over 20 years, she’s not only Bernardo’s mother but also his teacher when he started his career. She used to run her own salon in Brazil for more than a decade and now she’s based in London working beside her son. Neuza dedicates her time in the salon with Hair Extensions and Straightening Processes. She also travels with Bernardo for appointments and extensions training. Check it out on her page:

PALOMA BERNARDO

BRAND DEVELOPER MANAGER

Paloma works in the ADM of BCO London and she dedicates her time managing, updating and creating new strategies for brand growth.
She is Bernardo’s sister and his right hand, making the most for the team and clientele to have the best experience and service available in the market.

NICO CRAVINO

STYLIST / COLORIST

With experience in Italy and Spain, Nico is part of the Stylists and Colorists team at BCO London. He loves to create pastel colours as well as angled haircuts due to his Vidal Sasoon updating courses.

Nico is not only passionate about the beautiful classy balayage look as you can see on his social medias but he also has his male clientele, which makes him a flexible and dynamic stylist.

MARKETING AND BRAND DEVELOPER

Gabriela is the Brand Developer here at BCO London
Graduated in Journalism with a background in TV & Film Production, she works with our Social Media, Marketing Strategies and Brand Image.
She also works with the planning of the future of the company together with the Director.

LUIZ BALCKBER

Luiz has a background in the fashion industry, having graduated in this field in 2014 and worked with numerous jobs in the television, magazines and artists.
He began his career as a hair and makeup stylist 12 years ago in Brazil and continued to work and develop his skills here in London.
He brings his passion, innovation and years of experience in makeup and hair styling to BCO.

Aruna Jain trained from Carlton Institute in London with wealth of experience in overall aesthetics treatments. She is top-rated therapist and won several accolades for her contribution to beauty industry.
She prides herself in tailored facials, signature deep tissue massages, threading, CACI micro-current skin uplifting, dermabrasion and waxing. We are so glad to announce Aruna as part of our team.

BRAND MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

With a degree in Business and Management at São Paulo Business School . Leandro lives in London since 2018.

With professional experience in Brazil and Portugal and training with some of Brazil’s most renowned hairdressers, Jeremy specialises in balayage techniques that create natural effects and well-defined contours. His approach focuses on achieving a modern, sophisticated look with low maintenance while always prioritising hair health.
